Bandung is the capital of West Java Province in Indonesia and is located on the southwest side of the island of Java. It is famous for its incredible beauty, such as tea plantations and hot springs. Bandung is also known for its creative economy which comprises of fashion, design, and architectural industries.

Yogyakarta is a city in Central Java with many historical sites and culture. It has two of Indonesia’s best known UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Borobudur Temple and the Prambanan temple.

A large number of ethnic groups, religions and customs make Indonesia a multistructural country. The Indonesian culture is influenced by Hinduism, Buddhism and Islam which are religions that have become part of the Indonesian history and identity.

Tari yang sangat populer yang ada di sebagian besar daerah di Indonesia adalah tarian daerah. Setiap daerah memiliki ciri dan gerak yang berbeda pada setiap tariannya, juga pada kostum dan musik pengiringnya. Beberapa contoh tari daerah yang terkenal adalah tari Legong dari Bali, Kuda Lumping dari Jawa, dan Tarian Perang Papua.

Masakan Indonesia juga mempunyai kekhasan dan banyak sekali ragam nya. Beberapa makanan yang paling digemari antara lain Nasi Goreng, Sate, Gado-gado, serta Rendang. Jenis masakan tersebut disertai dengan nasi, lalu ada yang menggunakan mie, ada daging, sayuran dan rempah-rempah.
